Ticketing Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Williamsburg Craft Beer Festival, you (the "Purchaser" and/or "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Data Privacy & Marketing Communication By completing this transaction, you provide your express consent to be enrolled in our email marketing distribution list. Your email address may be shared with our featured non-profit partners to provide updates on their mission and impact. You maintain the right to revoke this consent at any time by utilizing the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any electronic communication.

2. Media Release & Consent All ticket holders acknowledge that Williamsburg Craft Beer Festival is a public event. By entering the premises, you grant the Event Organizers and their partners the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and image in any photography or videography captured during the event. This media may be used in perpetuity for future event marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation or further approval.

3. Weather & Refund Policy This is a "Rain or Shine" event. Please prepare accordingly for the weather, as no cancellations will occur due to standard inclement conditions.

4. No Refund Policy (Charitable Contribution) All ticket sales are final. Because 100% of ticket proceeds are donated directly to our non-profit partners to support their charitable missions, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or event rescheduling.
