After you complete your ticket order, you will be redirected to our secure checkout page. Here, you can download your acquired tickets in PDF format or store them in your digital wallet. A PDF ticket can be conveniently printed or saved on your smartphone, ready for scanning and entry at the event. Additionally, your purchased tickets are readily accessible under the tickets tab within your account, offering a user-friendly viewing experience.

We highly recommend downloading your tickets BEFORE the event, as there is limited cell phone service on-site.

4. Within your account, you can access your tickets, download a PDF, add to your digital wallet, transfer, or upgrade tickets.

If tickets are purchased, we send an email containing your tickets, allowing you to access and download your tickets at your convenience. Please make sure to check your email inbox and spam folder.

If you are given comp tickets, we do NOT send an email and need to access your tickets via your account by following steps 1-3 above.

We made an informed decision on the committee to increase the price of the No Alcohol ticket for several reasons. Included with entry to the event is access to live music, local food trucks, non-alcoholic beverages, and sponsorship vendors, plus a chance to hang out for the day with friends and family in a curated experience.

YES! You are correct. VIPs get in 1 hour early at 12pm NOON to the festival. The 1pm event time on your ticket is an error for VIPs and is entry time for GA.
